On Friday, the Senate Ways & Means Committee will hold an executive session and likely vote on Senate Bill 5078, to allow anti-gun zealots to bankrupt the firearm industry with frivolous lawsuits. NRA testified in opposition to SB 5078 at the committee’s January 31st hearing.
