Funny you say this, I had a deer running through the back woods behind my house Saturday afternoon.  Could not tell if doe/shed buck, assuming shed, or button, but anyways he was running at a sprint, in every direction.  He ran through the back yard, around the house, through the front yard, back into woods, etc, stopped where I could see him finally.  He was with a few other deer eating grass, and he was panting like a dog.  Well a separate deer climbed up on a big doe, and she pushed him off.

That's incredible.  Not a deer in sight with horns around here, and definitely no rutting activity.  

That poor fawn better hope next winter is mild also.
