I will mention I had the tighter chocolate rack at 15yrds broad side october 28th.  Let him go because my camera had been showing a big 10 on it.

Yep poor antlered 2 year olds.  Were more than likely spike the year before.. 

there is a really good article on the bell curve of antler growth..  its not once a spike always a spike but always at bottom of bell curve for antler size their whole life. A spike may become a 140 in buck but that perfect 1.5 basket 8 at the same age  is 180in..

Around here that’s actually a decent 2.5 especially that mountain.   A 115” bucks are really big deer near me.  But yes really crappy genetics in this area
