SB 116 by Sen. Carrie Hamblen (D-Las Cruces), which discriminates against law-abiding young adults aged 18-20 by prohibiting them from purchasing or possessing a semiautomatic firearm -- with limited exceptions - will be heard by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday. March 1, at 1:30pm in Room 321 of the Roundhouse.
