If you haven’t heard, you can get restrictions lifted from your Pistol License if you don’t have CC, simply by stopping into the sheriffs office, filling out a little form and paying a $20 duplicate fee. No course, no live fire, just bring your license, fill out the form, pay the fee and that’s it. You can also have the “semi-auto rifle” added for $3.

That's has to piss off the queen.

Heard several counties were doing that while the law still seems in limbo.  I did hear albany co was not 

I had to go through hoops and bounds to get my restrictions lifted a few years ago .

When I turned in my forms, they told me it would 4-6 weeks before I got my license. It came in the mail yesterday, so ended up only being a couple of weeks.
