North Carolina: Pistol Permit Repeal Scheduled for House Committee Hearing

Tomorrow, March 7, the House Judiciary 3 Committee is expected to hear and vote on House Bill 101, a bill that repeals the permit-to-purchase a pistol requirement and recognizes law-abiding citizens’ right to self-defense while attending a church with a school attached. Unfortunately, this bill was combined with several other unrelated bills, which makes it more difficult for good 2A legislation to pass. Your immediate assistance is needed!
