That's pricey.  I'll probably wind up buying the hydration bag version eventually.  I'm sure if I could try one on I'd just say "Eff it" and plunk down the cash.  Made in the USA, not a Cabela's - Couch on shoulder straps.  Thoughts?

Really nice vest, that will likely last a lifetime! It's got everything ya need for turkey hunting. Pretty pricey for sure. But ya only go around once! If you really want it, go for it!!

I like to support THP, I buy a couple T shirts from them every year.  300 for a turkey vest is steep though.  SOME year I'll get to just take off the second week of May to hunt.  That year is not this year.  Hard to justify 300$ on a piece of gear that isn't good for any other season.  Says the guy who bought a brand new m3500, choke tube and red dot sight last year.

I really like it. I don’t carry much but I like how compact it is! If I could see how it works around my bino harness I would already have bought one. Early season deer hunting this would be ideal for me!

I like supporting THP because I do like those guys. I've done a lot of the stuff they do now.I was on a forum with a couple of those guys before they really got going.  I've bought a couple shirts. But dang, I'm not paying for their whole trip with a $300 vest, lol.

looks simple... if Aaron Warb was part of developing it, I'm sure plenty of thought went into it. Turkey vests last a long long long time. lol i picked up a good one from Cabelas called the Tactical Tat'r (#?) but for whatever reason shortly after it wasn't available and hasn't been ever since. all of them now have kick stands and all kinds of stuff on them. I customized a few things I didn't like about pocket systems in it to make it my own. can't see me in the market for one anytime soon. ass pad has held up pretty good so far. that'll be the first thing to go.

There is nothing on this that Aaron Warb designed. I mean how many versions of the same old vest that has been around forever??? I have an old HS strut vest(20 or 30 years old) that basically looks the same... A turkey pouch, padded seat and pockets for calls. What is different about this $300 vest? I don't get it....

I don't use the vest anyway. Too much crap I don't need. I'd rather cover more ground , than be weighted down by a huge vest. Just a couple diaphrams and go.

I more or less made this thread to make you aware of this vest, man.  First person I thought of when I saw it.

I’m sure I’ll own one if I can ever try one on. To me it checks every box. Quiet, compact, no BS and made in America. In this day what’s 300$ for something I’ll use!

Cabelas still sells the Tactical Tater vests.  I’ve had one for maybe a decade now and love it.
