Side trip down the silver river

Took a 3 hour paddle down the silver river

 Saw manatee, alligators, river otter, fish, birds, turtles and wonderful nature!

Missed some animals with photos but some are fast and sometime just got caught up ìn watching them..  sorry about fiancee language that gator swam by us at 15 ft video was hers as i was telling her gator..was a little flustered.

Great trip for a 4 dollar launch fee. Canoe,kayak,tandam kayak rentals are available as well.

Lady was there when we arrived harassing park staff as she saw an alligator take a deer off the bank and she wanted them to stop the alligator. Smh hearing the woman and male staff trying to explain this was a park and thats nature to a hysterical woman was a sight to hear and see

I wonder what % of the population lives in that kind of ignorance.  Probably a frighteningly large one.

My parents had a house close to there. We took their pontoon up and down  that river many times.

Wish she would have just jumped in, to try to save that poor deer...........
