mowin Posted March 9, 2023 Author Posted March 9, 2023 Scroll down further, and there's a video of a deer attempting to jump a very high fence that doesn't work out so well.. lol.

nywaw Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 Hah, I've seen this happen in person. I used to hunt next to a fenced in golf course, and in the morning as I drove by there was a small herd between the street and the fence (about a 25 yard distance) and well, they ALL opted to run full bore right into that fence and proceeded to bounce off just like you saw in the videos. All you hear was the chain link fence binging and boinging and deer were totally confused mowin 1
grampy Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 I too saw this happen on my way to work one morning last November!! There is a large cemetery, with a high chain link fence on my right. I notice a doe and fawn being chased by a small buck. The doe and fawn crashed headlong into the fence, at full speed, right next to me. I thought for sure they would be injured? But no, both got right back up and continued running the other way!! The buck just stopped with a 'whoooah' look on his face, and walked off...... mowin 1

Their resilience is unbelievable. mowin 1
