Upstate Nerdneck
Got in a nice 2 mile snowshoe this afternoon. Somewhere around 2' of snow up there, almost perfect for snow shoes though. Didn't cut 1 deer or dog track, just a fisher. Deer pic has to be an antlerless buck right? Belly sag, long body.......... Upstate Nerdneck
Pulled my deep plot cam today, it's been out since sometime in November. I particularly like the last series, illustrates just how damn deep the snow gets down there. Thing seems to have reset itself every time it got wet. I think it's ready for the junk heap. mowin, grampy, Red and 1 other

That's why the logging project is so important. Thinning those woods will help a lot. It's really thick crud on the north side of that plot. Hill is too shale-y for it to get to full 3rd growth up there. G-man
