1978 Remington 760 Gamemaster

For your consideration, a beautiful Remington 760 Gamemaster chambered in 30-06. 22 inch barrel model, sling swivel studs, Hawke Vantage 2-7x32 IR AO scope. (Illuminated reticle green and red) I have the original sights to go with the gun. Comes with the original magazine and 3 ten round steel magazines, I believe they are made by Triple K. This rifle is very accurate I have hit steel plates at 500 yards with a junk scope mounted. I have never hunted with this set up. Scope is brand new, bore sighted but not dialed in.

My 2nd centerfire rifle ever was similar to this but much different. LOL 

I bought a lefty .308 BDL 760 in the early 80's but only kept it for a 5-6 years.  It had a left handed Monte Carlo stock and left hand safety from the factory.  The basket weave checkering was pretty nice back then too.

FYI....the gun being offered here could have a lefty safety installed in about 90 seconds for the southpaw shooter.

Couldn’t agree more. This one is a double in the collection, it just sits and needs to be appreciated.

4 round mags are stupidly hard to find or expensive as all hell. i've got a 742 woodsmaster

Yeah its pretty sad. I have seen used rifles with only a ten round mag. You know they sold the factory one a quick hundred +
