ZAG
So my dad said last night driving home (almost home) he sees a deer ahead standing on the shoulder of the road. As he slows down and gets closer it moves right into his path. He pulls almost right up to it, hits the horn and it doesn’t move. He backs up and comes forward again and it moved to the center line and stands there. He decided to get outta the truck and he walks up to it, swats its ass with his baseball hat and he slowly got it to walk off the shoulder of the road. Pretty strange. Robhuntandfish
I was headed to a hunting spot early one morn and in the middle of the road was a spilled box of Dunkin donuts and a doe standing over them. Still haven't figured that one out. Wolc123
50 minutes ago, Rusty said: I've seen that twice, in both cases the deer had been hit by a car and were stunned. When they finally came to they walked off into the woods. I saw it once also. It was in late October, and around 11:00 at night. A buck, that looked to be about 2.5 years old, stood 2 yards off of our road, a couple miles away from our house. He did not run off, when we stopped to take some pictures. I did not see him hit, but I am guessing that must be what happened last to him. He had no visible injuries, but clearly he was not in his right frame of mind.
