Alaska: Emergency Powers Bill Passes First Committee

Today, the House Community and Regional Affairs Committee approved House Bill 61, to ensure that Second Amendment rights remain protected for Alaskans during emergencies. It now goes to the House State Affairs Committee for further consideration.
