Doesnt lòok good for phesant  hunter relying on state stocked  birds.... 

If some are released that are infected (catriers)  that could decimate our wild turkey and grouse  population in the release areas as well...

Sounds like they may have to go in and annihilate the flock. Also shows that even the best measures sometimes fail.

Not Good...

  Looks like the many Smaller operations that raise Pheasants will be taking up the Slack.

 Like the one right down the road from me in Campbell Hall.

   This will probably  impact  many Local Gun Clubs as well as there will be orders coming in to deliver Pheasants  to State Areas where,I hunt. Leaving less for The Gun Clubs and their Preserves. 

My Guess-- the Price of Pheasants  will definitely  increase this coming Fall for Gun Club orders .
