Last night, after a ten hour hearing, the House Judiciary Committee voted to pass two anti-gun bills, to further expand Colorado’s “red flag” gun confiscation scheme and to allow anti-gun zealots to bankrupt the firearms industry with frivolous lawsuits. They are now likely to come up on the House floor imminently, for further consideration.
