The_Real_TCIII
Since we have a fly fishing section why not a thread? Great afternoon on a couple different Wild Quality streams, including what I think is my biggest WNY stream trout Otto, Robhuntandfish, Doebuck1234 and 12 others

Bucksnbows
Any Hendricksons hatching yet? That hatch is just starting here in NJ and to our west in PA’s Poconos. Bucksnbows
The sad thing is instead of admiring your browns, I’m liking the left bank pool that swaps the thalweg to river right in a nice run and then down into a healthy riffle section. Nice looking, healthy stream. nywaw, Rusty and The_Real_TCIII 3 "A sinking fly is closer to Hell" - Anonymous https://www.troutscapes.com https://nativefishcoalition.org/national-board

My guess is once leaves are out, it’s barely fishable. But that’s part of what keeps streams like that such high quality. The_Real_TCIII
I think I caught a little wild rainbow in a well known "put and take" stream that gets lake run fish as well. Also lots of bass, sunfish, carp etc. I always thought it got real hot in the summer but a kid there told me he fishes it all summer and has seen it around 59 degrees in July, so who knows? Its got parr marks too. Regular stocked rainbow for comparison. What say you experts? Rusty and nywaw

I see you are hiding the fly used on the holdover fish in pic #1 - pro-move! nywaw
