Tomorrow, at 1:30PM, the House Appropriations Committee will hold a public hearing for Senate Bill 5078, to allow anti-gun zealots to bankrupt the firearm industry with frivolous lawsuits. Last week, the House Civil Rights and Judiciary Committee amended SB 5078 to add back in a private right of action, which had previously been removed in the Senate.
