NRA Posted March 29, 2023 Share Posted March 29, 2023 In 2011, the Obama administration approved a requirement that Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs or gun dealers) in the Southwest border states report the multiple sale of certain semi-automatic rifles to a single buyer within a five-business day period to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
