Nevada: Judiciary Committees Pass Anti-Gun Bills

Yesterday, the Assembly Judiciary Committee passed Assembly Bill 354, to increase “gun-free zones” where law-abiding citizens are left defenseless, and Assembly Bill 355, to deny Second Amendment rights to young adults. Additionally, on Tuesday, the Senate Judiciary passed SB 171, to expand prohibiting categories to include additional misdemeanor crimes. The bills will now head to the floor in their respective chambers.
