Concealed Carry Improvement Act litigation status?

Any updates? Seems things have been cold and dark since January when second circuit courts here in NYS whom are a bit bias put a stay on everything until they look at it. when will that be??  Seems that since the NY SafeAct, New York State legislative body has gotten away with Constitutional murder of the 2nd amendment and the courts haven't held them in contempt or accosted them enough.
