Delaware: Senate Passes Maryland-Style Handgun Licensing Bill

Yesterday, the Senate passed a substitute version of Senate Bill 2, to impose a Maryland-style “handgun qualified purchase card” and a handgun transfer registry. It now goes to the House, where it will soon receive a committee assignment.
