New pup

Well we’ve been on the search for a new puppy well yesterday I made it happen.  Picked up a 12 week old Great Dane.  His name is Bowser and he’s already a tank.  My cocker spaniel took to him great and are already sharing her sleeping spot. 
 

dads not overly huge only 130lbs the last Dane I had his dad was pushing 200lbs.  So I expect this one to be in that 120-150 range.

Thanks. Our last Dane we had to put down about 3yrs ago and I’ve wanted one ever since.  Can’t beat them as a family dog. Really only thing wrong with them is they eat a 40lb bag of food every 2-3 weeks.  Can’t wait to see how big he gets.  
 

My wife calls them house cows.  She was on the fence but finally agreed to him then last night was upset he wouldn’t sit and snuggle with her.

Congrats. Looks like those two will get along just fine. 

  My sister had several over the yrs, most were fantastic dogs.  One not so much, lol..
