If you are desperate you can have some of mine,half a can left here and I need only a few shots each year. I am near Cooperstown,not too terribly far from you.

I wanted to have an extra container on hand, but couldn't find anyone that had any BH209. I called every gun shop around a couple times each week during the summer. Heard that Hodgdon was allowing people to order directly from them, so I bit the bullet and ordered a couple through them. They had a limit of 2. More pricey and the hazmat fee sucked, but it was my only option. I just checked, but their site and it says the BH209 is currently unavailable. Might want to keep checking here if you can't find it elsewhere. Blackhorn 209 (hodgdon.com)

What's everyone's go to powder charge? I bought some BH209 a couple years ago, and am gong to finally convert over from 777Pellets this weekend. I'm seeing 110gr is a pretty common charge. Shooting a TC Omega with either a 250gr Shockwave or 250 Spitfire EMZ

My omegas shoot clover leafs with 80 to 90grs of bh209

My bullets are slightly heavy with a 350gr Hornady fpb or a 460gr no excuses conical

I started with 95 grains and went to 85 this season. I will let others chime in as I am not that knowledgeable about it but I think the blackhorn has more oomph per grain then the pellets.

I shoot 250 gr Shockwave.

Both Blackhorn 209 and Triple Seven LOOSE powder are approximately 15% more energetic than Black Powder and Pyrodex by Volume, including the pellets.
