Two fawns spotted today

I spotted 2 fawns this morning out behind one of my barns next to a little patch of woods. According to the info I looked up a whitetail has a 201 day gestational period . I'm guessing the fawns were born last night. So that takes us back to October 27.

I have not gotten pics of any fawns yet in either of my hunting areas. I have gotten pics of bucks starting to push horns though!!

They should be dropping like crazy the next few weeks. I passed one hit on the road in Bloomfield 2 weeks ago.

Daughter had a few fawns in her neighborhood last week . I’ll ask her to send me the pics .

We’ve been seeing them for the last 12-14 days. But most of our does have yet to drop.

Been seeing more does in the fields by themselves lately.  Haven't spotted a fawn yet, but I'm sure they are out there.

Checked trail cams... no fawns yet.
