Open seat for one for northern Quebec drive in trip!

My brother and I are heading for northern Quebec from S.E.NY> on June 23 and coming home on July 1. Our third person bowed out due to health issue's We drive into a remote lake that is aprox.10mi.x10mi. launch our 18'lund and camp on a island for a week of walleye and pike fishing. WE are both in our 60's and this my be our last trip to N.Quebec, we have been going  to  Canada fishing since the mid 60's. WE have been going to this location since 2010, haven't been back since 2017 precovid. So i'm really looking forward to going, were looking for a third person to share costs and participate. I am new to this site, so only now saw your posting. How did you do? I would love to go on a similar trip...I know dad took similar pike trips to Quebec back in the fifties...

Can you dell us about your trip? I am sure the bugs were ....something!
