What is this?

I made this short video earlier in the year. I'm an idiot when it comes to plant and weed names. I didn't mow the plot because the deer seem to love bedding and visiting it, but I do obviously plan on planting something here for the fall. Just curious if anyone knows what's going on. This tall yellow flower is only in the fall plot and on both sides. One side was beets n greens and the other was winter greens, so brasicas, turnups, beets, kale and raddish

Brassica that went to seed..  deer like  it. Usually happens if goes to seed and respouts  in spring.
