Upper and lower scope job (hopefully not a 50mm objective) tomorrow morning.  
 

Nothing to eat since 5:30 last night and won’t eat again until probably 9:30am tomorrow morning.

@Lawdwaz I feel your pain! I'm scheduled for my 5 yr follow up on 7/27. I told the Dr "no way it's been 5 yrs already"  If you're doing both scopes then I assume you're having issues, I hope it works out and they get you back to normal real quick.

 Careful with the zero sugar stuff. That can be rough on the stomach- especially any empty stomach.

I've had upper issues in the past so while they've got the camera in hand, lets take a peek.   (I asked that they'd do the upper first though for obvious reasons  )

I make egg salad sandwiches for the ride home........my reward to myself for being a good patient.

You ask "well how far of a ride is it to the surgery center?"  Maybe 3 miles.......lol

I had mine in March. Had a bit of a scare. Pre-cancerous, but caught it in time! I guess I need to have a test every 3 years now because of that.

The procedure went well and the results seem to be ok........as far as I know now.  One biopsy is warranted on something somewhere along the way that they snipped off.   It's just too bad that they can't come up with a better way to clean you out, man is it a bummer. 

Funny thing the nurse in the recovery room turns out to be a neighbor three doors down from me.  She was great along with all the other nurses and the doctor too.

Just had upper and lower done last month. I had to drink a two gallon laxative mix, it was like Niagara Falls on the crapper all nite. Had the procedure done in the morning and almost passed out the following morning after getting up from my recliner. I was taken to the ER by my wife and son and treated for severe dehydration.
