Also listen to The Reverend Hunter. Tony Jones is an ex-pastor who has found God/religion in the woods. His guests tend to the non secular but always in a very approachable way. I hung out with Tony last year in Wyoming. Great guy. I also listen to the "I Love Muzzleloading" podcast while at work. 

I used to listen to a lot more, especially when my drive was longer. Hidden Brain, This American Life, James Bond Radio. I haven't listened to many over the past year or so, I've been more into audiobooks.
