Down 18lbs From Late April.

   Down to 210lbs from 228lbs.  I have been Walking at least 2 Miles a day since late April and the start of NJ Turkey Season.

  And plenty of Lifting,Pushups,Squats,etc. 

  My Sister snapped the below picture before,I Mowed her Steep Lawn today. Coming up on my 64th Birthday  in mid September  .    And that Lawn is Damn Steep. No more walking today. The Bandana is a habit when,I train Martial  Arts. I wear different  colored ones everywhere when it is hot.

I like a bandana too it keeps my hair out of my eyes... ;)

Ya look like ya got palsy or something.    WTH is wrong with you, if you let go with the left you’re going to get your clock cleaned.  
 

BTW…….being your the brother run to the hardware store and grab an outlet cover for that box on the wall, it’s quite dangerous.

Good spot and I’m guessing it’s near the sink ,so it should be a GFI .

Here’s the stove outlet at my daughters before and after another kitchen outlet had folded up cardboard shoved behind the Loose receptacle in an effort to tighten it up in the box I guess …..

Thanks Brian. I had to drop weight as,I was diagnosed  as Pre- Diabetic.  My weight ballooned  way up to 250+ from around 210 after Patti passed in 2017.  Got down to 242 and stuck there for a long time. Then got past that sticking point and got down to 228lbs. Another long sticking point . Been taking Thorne Berberine/2 capsules a day to reverse pre diabetes and insulin Sensitivity .

Still motivated to Lift hard 3 days a week. Basically  the same Routine Steve Reeves followed his whole life.

Here ya go Bill, bottoms up kettle bell press one pod or 36# bell . It’s more of a stability and grip strength rather then shoulder strength.

When the young folks show up in a bit I’ll challenge them , and just like last Forth when I crushed them in swimming laps underwater ,I’ll prevail again .

64 and fat for the win !
