I thought DMPs always went on sale the first monday of Aug?   Seems like they were always after the new licenses came out.  But its the technology age so makes sense to have them now.

Stupid what they did with fishing license.  Was easier to get it now with hunting tags and throw away the old one in October.  Now i have to remember to go get one.

Agreed, getting rid of the Sportsman and Super Sportsman was one of the dumber things they did.
