Anyone ever deal with Pigweed in their food plots? If so, what did you do about it? This appears to be the king of weeds. It's taking all the fun of food plotting out of me.

I'm afraid to plant anything in this one plot. I sprayed it with gly and 2 4D  I hope to plant winter rye come early September.

Rue should be fine  . Gly goes inert  in soil and 2 4 d is about 2 weeks for broadleaf

My back yard soil is full or Lambsquarter and pigweed. IT is absolutely insane. I used it as a weed barrier for my fall plots the first year i planted there. ITs hardy stuff and requires more than GLY, It makes me use 24d with gly now just to beat its stubborn butt.
