I tried to watch, but couldn’t hear what the offender was saying and no chance I’m watching a half hour or more of his video. First minute that happens to me, I’m on the phone to the COs to let them handle it.  Seems the partly disabled hunter sits on the old car seat to hunt and likely drank the now empty beer cans around the seat. Let the CO deal with all of that. No idea of what state they are in, but if in New Jersey, both broke laws. No permanent stands on public lands and no cutting of branches either. Not sure of NY laws in that area, but this could be one of many states.
