Mock scrape videos

I set up a mock scrape a few weeks ago and its getting lots of attention.

I got a cool video that looks like a good buck getting scared away by lightning.

Smokey's pre-orbital

Quick update on the mock scrape... It's still getting lots of attention.

Minimal effort, I just hung a piece of vine on the edge a clearing and dripped some Smokey's Pre-orbital scent on it.

Almost every buck and doe that walks by stops.

I've tried a mock scrape this year. I had a very late start, did it beginning of October with no visitors. Started with code blue dope rope scent and fresh buck urine from a local deer farm. Now I've tried Keishels mock scrape kit and fresh buck urine and still nothing. The property just got logged this summer and ended in September so maybe that kinda kicked the deer out ?

Could be.   This one is on a pretty heavily traveled clearing.  It's definitely helpful for taking good pictures.  Plus it's in front of a blind, so hopefully it can help get someone a shot too.
