First week.. what would you do?

It's the first week of the archery season. The #2 walks by.  Are you shooting, or are you going to pass because it too early, and you just love the thrill of the chase?

I'm shooting it. Lets me bird hunt and fish with out any pressure or wondering if I should have gone out deer hunting instead.

i've learned that if you have any reservations about shooting a deer just let it walk. that said i always pick the top 10% or so of bucks I've known to be around as "hit list" bucks. i wouldn't let number #2 walk and would have more than one deer to hunt regardless of how much smaller in body size or antlers the second one are.
