mowin Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 (edited) Flying out of Albany Sunday morning to Nashville. Heading to the eastern part of the state to look at some areas were thinking about retiring to in a couple years. Then heading to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge for a day, before heading west to Memphis where my stepdaughter was invited to the US powerlifting nationals. On the 16. She currently holds the NYS record of 510 in the deadlift in her weight class. Hopefully she holds her own in the nationals. Looking forward to some traditional BBQ and some different cuisine while were traveling. Edited September 17, 2023 by mowin Lawdwaz, Red, grampy and 9 others 12
