A very nice TC Hawken with a Lyman Peep and front aperture sight. Double set triggers and lock function as they should and the bore is pristine. 23” barrel with 1:48 twist. Would make someone a fine all around and hunting rifle. 

Price is $500 shipped. I’ll knock $50 off for local pickup. Gun has been sold on another forum.

It's hard for me to tell ,is the front aperture welded on to barrel ?  Or it can be removed for a factor blade sight

It’s a dovetail. I actually took the blade off and put the aperture in this one.

I have a .40 caliber Green Mountain barrel for it as well. It’s set up with front aperture as well. I’d cut you a deal on the gun and both barrels

GLWS!  First deer (doe) I ever shot was with a .50 Hawken kit gun.  Can remember it like it was yesterday.  My dad borrowed the gun from a close friend of his, they bought kit guns together and made them and then hunted together with them.  His friend gave up hunting, but let me borrow it that season.  Wish I could locate that gun, would love to have it, but his friend is long gone now.
