FYI -
A vast majority of DMAP application permits seem to be out here for regions 4 and 5. Not sure who here files an application for any, whether it be under agriculture protection, forest regeneration, custom deer management, etc. Big props go out to NYS DEC big game unit staff for getting them out promptly before the season starts. With bigger applications it can take some time to get them distributed to hunters and/or landowners.
