Reveal won’t send video

My reveal 2.0 won’t send me videos.  It has 3 bars for service and 100% for power and every time I request it says it will and never does.  It’s got the newest update installed and it was even sending pictures from a different spot all summer with only having 2 bars.  It will send me hd photos.  My other reveal is working great and sends video or photo whenever requested. 

Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?  Really don’t want to go to where it’s at until it’s time to hunt.  It’s on a ridge between two bedding areas just don’t want to blow the big buck I have on camera out of the area.

I think your early enough to go check it out. Somehow deer know when we're not hunting.

You could also go in and be loud about it so the deer know you are coming...I don't think you will blow a buck out by going to one of his bedding areas once or twice. If he hears and sees you coming that is just reassurance that his spot works and he sees danger early.
