Seem to be getting active

Heard a pack light up across the road lastnight as I was sitting by the fire.

Got a txt this morning from my sister saying she saw a yote chasing 2 deer in the field,she's staying on the property while up from NJ.neighbor across rd saw it this morning aswell.

mentioned it to the guy who hunts neighboring property and said he heard a pack light up lastnight aswell.glad I shot the 7mm-08 today,dirt nap if I see em!!

This guy is high on our hit list this season.  Earlier in the year had pics of him chasing fawns and found a deer leg in one of our plots.

Sister said this one was pretty big,haven't had em on cam yet.am sure it's harassing the young fawn just got on cam a few days ago as she said it almost looked like the deer was going to charge the yote

Interesting looking animal!  The Eastern coyote has varying amounts of dog and wolf DNA mixed in.  Your yote looks like he's got a pretty good share of dog in him.

2 years ago we had one walk down the trail and go into the woods and bark just like a dog.  

Last season we had two bigger yotes around.  This year it seems like this is the only one.  Which is good since a few years ago there was definitely a lot more of them around.  

We've only shot 2 on the property but for some reason there is less of them. 

The ones we have are also very blonde.
