Had some many years ago and it wasn't to my liking. Don't know if size or time of yr has anything to do with it?

I think if you bleed and chill them properly they are one of the best eating fish out there mowin 1

Bleeding and getting them on ice quick helps, but I still don't like eating them past cocktail size. Too soft and mushy for my liking. I hear good things about smoked blue spreads though mowin 1
