T-shirt Redemption Program!

When I heard about what had happened to the members on the other site being beat out on t-shirts they ordered, paid for and never received, I said I wanted to make good on all those orders with our shirts here!  Now that we have t-shirts, it's the time to make good on that promise!  Please reply here (or PM if you'd prefer) so I can compile a list of members to work this out with!  Sucks that it happened, so lets turn the negative into a positive for all of you! :up:

How will it work? 

You have two options to select a t-shirt:

  1. Visit our current merch store and select a t-shirt you like there.
  2. Wait until the revised logo comes out (hopefully later this fall) and order a t-shirt then.

You have two options to order:

  1. You can order directly and I can reimburse you.  Once ordered, I'll need a copy of the receipt emailed to me at admin(at)nywoodsandwater.com along with a reimbursement method (ideally Paypal but I can send a physical check as well).
  2. You can PM me your address info and what you'd like to order, then I can order it and have it shipped to you.

For members who already ordered, I can reimburse you now for a t-shirt you ordered, you can order order another one now or wait to order the revised logo version when it comes out! :up:

Very nice of you to offer this Matt.  I was one of the lucky ones who figured out really fast members were getting screwed and didn't order. I don't remember specifically who, but I do remember there being a few that had gotten screwed.

Ya just pissed me off Matt. I hate when other people try to do the right thing to make up for someone else's F up. Maybe it's cause I'm a teacher and deal with administration all the time and are constantly forced to solve problems they create!

Since they didn't do their job, does not mean you need to make it right. You got a great site going here and while I Appreciate the offer, it feels unnecessary.

I got the shaft on my shirt from the old site but after weeks of trying to contact and a PayPal dispute I did get my money back after about a month or two but pretty sure that would disqualify me from this very generous gesture

In that case yes.  But I'm glad you were able to recover your funds!  Others apparently were not so fortunate.

Oh it was a total shit show! My biggest issue now is which shirt I want. It's between the triblend and comfort soft
