Guy got put thru the ringer.  Hope he gets a good settlement.. 

I don't care the way he said he can do nothing with them because hides slipped.  New capes can be bought and used. Not the same but can be done with replacements.

DNR should have known better. Couple of bad cops there. Should both be reprimanded. And I never bring the cape. Just the antlers. Taxidermist can get capes, and mine usually gives me them free.
