Snow....

I'm hearing parts of the western areas of the state are going to get some serious amounts of white snot tonight into tomorrow. 

What's predicted in your area?

Stay safe for those that are supposed to be getting 2'+.

They say 6-9” here near Syracuse, but with heavy wind.  A lot of it could blow away, or a lot of it can drift and collect.  We’ll see.

The Tug had 2 feet by this morning in some places. I have like 1-2 inches. 6 would be nice for morn. No more lol

I manage a transportation dept, among other things, and just had to drive thru some pretty nasty conditions.  Traffic doing 20 with flashers on to retrieve someone having van issues I won't get into.  Also had a bus waiting on a back road they had to close cause a plow went off the road.  Fun times.....I hate winter for these reasons.  

We are supposed to get 6-10 tonight. I'm not sure if that was the weather station or @Pygmy s forecast but will deal with that in the morn.

How did everyone make out with the snow this week? I'm looking to go up to the Adirondacks to track some deer. Looks like a lot of warm temps and rain today. Anyone have any reports on if the snow made it through the rain.....In North Creek or Moose River Plains? Those are two spots that I know some of the ground. Or should I be heading farther north to get snow cover? Thanks  in advance for any info.

I'm on a website of pics of the Indian lake area.  This pic was taken on Lake abanake yesterday.  Don't think they have much snow up there, especially after today.

Ty Rob. I went north to Boonville and beyond. Snow line started right at the Kayuta drive-In. Good luck to everyone today.
