Anyone from Zone 8X ??

Hi everyone, considering a place in zone 8x Woodhull area . Any advice or comments about the area would be greatly appreciated.

Hunted south Hornell for years.  I love hunting those wooded hillsides. I always saw deer including big bucks, but the area I was in was all private and all adjacent neighbors managed the habitat and practiced qdm..

Thanks , in process of researching some properties and wanted feed back about hunting and general area concerns might wind up there permanently.

Lived and hunted 8X all my life...Lots of deer....Most of the area is former farmland  which has been parcelled up into recreational properties..  I currently live in Addison...
