Recent Victories All Gun Rights Supporters Should Celebrate

First of all, GOA wants to thank you for everything you’ve done to support GOA over the past year.

Throughout all of 2023, the Biden Administration – and rabid anti-gunners everywhere – have continued their never-ending war on your God-given rights as ferociously as ever.

But with your support, Gun Owners of America proudly stood on the front lines to defend your liberty from these anti-gun tyrants.

Your grassroots activism has fueled multiple HUGE pro-gun victories recently:

  1. We generated more than 85,000 comments to the ATF opposing the Universal Registration checks rule, shattering our previous record by more than 20,000 comments!
  2. We took on the Swamp and successfully forced Congress to REMOVE the permanent Plastic Gun Ban from the National Defense Authorization Act.
  3. We defeated a so-called “assault weapons” ban in the Senate, with Senator Mike Lee even citing GOA on the Senate floor!
  4. We won a major victory in Oregon, where the judge granted a permanent injunction against Oregon Ballot Measure 114, which imposed fingerprinting, registration and magazine bans.

If you’re thinking about giving as we approach the end of the year, I hope you’ll consider supporting GOA to help us defend your God-give rights in 2024.

Please make an end-of-year contribution to our 2A Protection Fund so we can continue fighting for your God-given rights in the new year.

In addition to the victories mentioned above, we just won a partial—yet significant—victory in New York that sets the stage for one of our most important legal battles yet.

On Friday, a federal circuit court confirmed a federal injunction against some portions of New York’s unconstitutional concealed carry law.

This law would severely restrict where gun owners can carry firearms in public and allow the government to monitor concealed carry permit applicants’ social media history.

If New York’s law is allowed to stand, other anti-gun cities and states will quickly follow New York’s lead by making nearly all public places off limits to concealed carry.

That’s why it’s so vital that we win a COMPLETE VICTORY in this case.

But frustratingly, the court failed to faithfully apply Bruen and left the “good moral character” requirement in place for those seeking a concealed carry permit.

That’s why GOA will be appealing the ruling to either the full Second Circuit Court of Appeals or straight to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Either way, we’re going to need your financial support as we face this very lengthy and very expensive legal battle next year.

Anti-gunners love to pretend they’re part of a grassroots movement, Erich.

But that “grassroots movement” is as fake as the ATF is tyrannical.

In reality, the anti-gun “movement” is mostly funded by George Soros, Michael Bloomberg, Bill Gates, and other wealthy globalist elites.

While the anti-gun lobby lines their pockets with contributions from these billionaires, our campaign is powered by grassroots activists like YOU giving whatever you can afford.

Our members may not be able to give millions of dollars – but what we lack in donation size, we more than make up with the sheer number of patriots who are willing to step up and defend the Second Amendment.

Your generous contributions of $100, $50, and even just $25 are the engine that powers every single one of GOA’s pro-gun victories.

But we’ll need your sustained support more than ever before as we battle to protect the Second Amendment in 2024.

So please, make an end-of-year contribution to our 2A Protection Fund so we can continue fighting for your God-given rights in the new year.
