We did this in 2021 on the old site, lets try it in 2023 here. Catch a trout in every month of the year and post it up here! Steelhead and Salmon apply

I get caught up in this most years myself. Some months I feel the pressure to land my one fish depending on my workload. Haven’t done this since Covid hit, however. I’d be game to jump in for ‘23.

One stream I hoped to fish in Columbia county was pretty iced up - actually hooked some floaters!

2 year old trout in NY if 14". you should know that. I used to track my lake trout in Kensico- depending on the fin clipped was the year born

wasnt NY stocking older fish last year because of Covid in 202o/2021?  one of those years they didnt stock much and had leftover fish i was thinking .

Theyve switched the food and are stocking bigger fish as a result from what I understand. Better color too!

IIRC They stocked those years but didnt stagger, they just emptied out the hatcheries and the fishing was fantastic all summer long anyway
