If you have the tags , no issues in NY. Can shoot 4 doe if one has the tags

It's legal, ethics is a different game. This is more like lucky, but the one deer is still standing wounded and the one on the right looks spined with it's  head and tail up. Ethically, a hunter owes it to any animal to provide a quick clean kill.
