Blind hunt in Yaphank 1/14/24

Fun afternoon hunt in a permanent blind with wood burning stove on River- only had a couple of blacks show up but out of range.  Lots of swans.  Despite lack of shooting ops, met some great guys and had a wonderful afternoon.

It was my first time seeing his archive of duck hunting equipment and collectibles!  Quite impressive- could be a museum!  I bought a green winged teal drake and a hen to add to my wife’s collection!
