Figured I'd beat Bill to it and get the turkey forum started, lol.

Any successful fall turkey hunters ?

I don't usually target fall birds, but will try for one during archery if one gives me a opportunity.

Not yet, but it looks like the only day I'm able to get out down here in Suffolk is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Have a Target area with a decent flock, but I'll only have a few hours as I'm doing a half a day that day.

I walked from " here to china"- lol!  I was out 10 mornings of the 14 day season in my area on a few Multiple  Use Areas. I was always successful when the Fall Turkey Season started on October  1st with Everything else- but since the 2015  when the DEC moved the Fall Turkey Season back over 2 Weeks,I believe, I have taken just 1 Fall Turkey. Last years Hen.

Turkeys are pressured to the Gills after 2 Weeks of many other types of Hunting going on.  But,I Love to get out anyway.

From what,I am reading and hearing about- most Fall Turkeys are being killed on Large Private Holdings where they have not been pressured  away from their preferred  Roosting Fall Areas.

Still,I Love to Hike with a Gun- lol! Maybe next Fall.

I've gotten lots of pics on my trail cams this fall. Large flocks, but haven't seen a single bird while out bowhunting this fall. Go figure.

I haven't turkey hunted in 2 years. Numbers have been down in our area and haven't seen any big birds, just really haven't had the motivation to even try. Focusing on deer hunting

Tagged a very nice fall gobbler in Steuben County on opening weekend. He set a new personal record with 11 7/8" beard, 21lb, 1" spurs. I went out several more times with my wife and father and each passed up hens and younger birds. The one morning my wife and I saw 5 different flocks on the farm totaling close to 75 birds. This spring was rather dismal but the overall reports from people is that fall numbers were way up!
