Belo Posted January 18 Posted January 18 I would have gone green or orange. People are f'n weird. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" Luke 6:31 and Matthew 7:12
2BuckBizCT Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Saw that. I gotta get to 3N to try to shoot one of those "red" squirrels.
Bucksnbows Posted January 18 Posted January 18 His punishment should be doing the same to him. "A sinking fly is closer to Hell" - Anonymous https://www.troutscapes.com https://nativefishcoalition.org/national-board
Robhuntandfish Posted January 18 Posted January 18 I actually know a guy that did this. Over 10 years ago... But he did it cause he had a live trap and swore it was the same squirrel that kept coming back after he released it a couple miles away. Figured if he painted it red and caught it again he'd know. crappyice and Belo 2 "it's pointless for humans to paint scenes of nature when they can go outside and stand in it"- Ron Swanson
Wolc123 Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Another reason might be to extend his hunting season or bag limit. I think reds can be hunted year round and there is no bag limit. Belo, 2BuckBizCT, Bucksnbows and 1 other 4
blackbeltbill Posted January 18 Posted January 18 He should be Tarred and Feathered and sent on his way Barefoot. Take The Multiple Use Area Challenge.

My FIL did that (water based paint!)!to some rabbits that were demolishing his garden. And he even caught a painted one once....once!! Robhuntandfish 1
NYRturkeycall Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Keep him in the trap for a week with nothing but one can of spray paint. Thirst and curiosity are a bad mix. Palma non sine pulvere
HeavyUser Posted January 19 Posted January 19 60 something years old, there was a reason he was doing it and I want to know what it was. I'm not saying I agree with what he did, but 3 counts of attempting to poison animals, wut?
